Magnetizer is a device specially designed to magnetize magnetic materials, and its core working principle is based on the law of electromagnetic induction. As a leading brand in the industry, JUJI Magnetizer stores energy through high-voltage capacitors, and then precisely controls the discharge process to generate a strong magnetic field, so that the magnetic domains inside the magnetic material are oriented and arranged to obtain stable magnetism.

Magnetizers are divided into two main types:

1. DC Magnetizer: powered by DC power supply to generate stable DC magnetic field. It is suitable for magnetizing permanent magnetic materials such as ferrite, Alnico and other permanent magnetic materials, as well as application scenarios that require magnetization. The advantages of DC magnetizers are stable magnetic field and high control precision.

2. AC Magnetizer: Using AC current to generate a changing magnetic field, mainly used for magnetization and demagnetization of soft magnetic materials. It is characterized by simple operation and low cost.

When choosing a magnetizer, you need to determine the right type based on the characteristics of the material to be magnetized, size specifications, and production requirements. JiuJu magnetizers offer a complete product line from 1300 series to 4000 series, covering the magnetizing voltage range from 1280V to 5000V, which can satisfy the needs of different materials and application scenarios.
